Next morning we headed down to Killarney. Here's what the Irish countryside
typically looks like. Really, really green.

And here we go. We jumped on a bus tour of the Ring of Kerry that was
filled with old Americans. This statue commemorates an annual ceremony

involving putting a crown on a goat, getting it drunk, and then getting themselves
drunk. Hmm... perhaps this photo is more prototypical of Ireland...

The Ring of Kerry is pretty much a wide series of circular mountain roads
that winds it's way in a complete circle through some of the most spectacular
countryside imaginable.

It's also got TONS and TONS of dumb little tourist attractions that are
strategically located at the best scenic spots.

One of the many old castle ruins that dot the landscape all
over the UK and Ireland.

It was nearly impossible to not take pictures here.

And completely impossible to not take good ones.
