Just check out these gardens... a great place to get lost in. On purpose or otherwise .

A very relaxing place.

Admit it, dood... you have no ideah where you ah.

After the palace, it was time to check out the minret and the adjacent cathedral...

... which is pretty cool in and of itself.

Quite an impressive cathedral... but it was the minaret we were mainly interested in.
So up the stairs we went
.

... and we were rewarded with a very decent view.

The best view in all Seville.

A shot of the bells atop the tower.

Back inside, into the creepy, warm darkness of the cathedral.

This is apparently Columbus' tomb - or one of them. Spain claims his bones are
here, while the Dominican Republic claims otherwise. Regardless, the guy's
still a moron for thinking he'd landed in India.

Back outside, we wandered around the old fruit orchards. Here's a great shot
of the cathedral and minaret.

Another excellent place to hang around in.

So that was Seville. We spent the remainer of our time here in internet cafes
and Irish pubs.

With one last look at the cathedral and minaret at nightime,
we continued on through Spain. Next stop: Granada and the Alhambra.
