Here we are approaching Geneva. It's the westernmost Swiss city, and a hub
of finance and politics.

Translation: Is a pretty boring place. Pretty, but boring as all heck. We came in on the
train from Milan in the late morning and were taking a midnight train to Barcelona. So we had the
better part of a day to wander about. And even that seemed a bit too long...

Don't get me wrong, it's a nice, clean European city. So it's cool in that regard. But it was
a bit too sterile and uppity for our tastes. Like this structure in the photo above - normally
I'd be all over that with info and history and whatnot. I have no idea what this is.

And this. Who the hell is this? Yeats, maybe? No... maybe Jean-Jacques Rousseau?
Yeah, I think that's it...

Although Geneva is pretty beautifully situated. We wish we could've spent a bit more time
in Switzerland. We really wanted to get to some of the cooler places, like Zurich. But funds were
running dramatically low and we needed to move on to the cheaper areas of southern Spain.

Still, we were glad we at least stopped here. And the ride here wasn't short
of breathtaking. Ooh, and we saw
Red Dragon in subtites here. That was cool.
Anyway, with the midnight train we were off to Barcelona.
